Order Status

By clicking on the Order Status button you can see the items you have placed in your basket. You can remove an item or change the number of items you wish to buy, click the recalculate button to show the quanity price.

Credit Card Issues

If you have a problem or question about your credit card and/or authorization, please contact Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 352-7743. They are available to help you Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM Central and on Saturday, 9:00AM – 1:00PM Central.

Change Account Information

If you would like to change the billing address and/or shipping address information on your account, Login then select Update my Account

Your account information will be displayed. You can modify your contact information, billing address or shipping address. Your shipping address must match your credit card address when paying with a credit card. When you are all finished, click on Update.

Change e-mail address

Add/Remove Subscription

If you would like to add your e-mail address to our weekly Special Sheet distribution list, go to the Action Import Motors home page (click on the home link on any page), and then enter your e-mail address in the field labeled "my e-mail is" and click on Sign Me Up! It’s that simple!

If you would like to remove your e-mail address from our weekly Hot Sheet distribution list, you can simply reply to the email or send a separate email to sales@actionimport.com on and type "UNSUBSCRIBE" and your e-mail address in the subject line.
